Cabin Policies

Multi-cabin group bookings are available. Call us at 575-588-7261 to check availability.

Rates include 2-4 people maximum per cabin based on cabin size. Additional persons are $25 each per night.

An additional 11.875% state and county lodging tax will be applied to all totals.

Cancellation Policy Update
Starting in 2024, summer cabin reservations for May 24 to August 18, 2024, are NON-REFUNDABLE after January 31, 2024. Reservations for the remainder of the year can get a full refund for cancellations made 21 days in advance. A one-night stay will be charged for cancellations made less than 21 days in advance.

Minimum Stay Update
For the summer months (May 24- August 18, 2024), we now have a 4-night minimum stay for weekend stays over Friday-Saturday. Summer stays Sunday-Thursday and from August 19 – May 23 remain as a 2-night minimum stay.

We want as many people to experience the magic of Corkins Lodge in the summer, and these policy revisions allow us to ensure we can maintain the cabins, grounds, and forest stewardship.
