Each of our cabins comes with a fully-equiped kitchen but for those occasions when dining out is prefered you can visit The Cliffview (just outside our entrance), a number of restaurants in nearby Chama, or venture a little farther afield to Ojo Caliente, Taos or Pagosa Springs.

	Cliffview Restaurant Only a few hundred yards from our entrance, the Cliffview opens from Memorial Day through October 17, and offers great food to complement the spectacular view. (575) 588-7842
	High Country Saloon Though I have eaten in thousands of restaurants all over the world, I am always amazed when I find one so close to home. The High Country Restaurant and Bar is a rustic personification of Northern New Mexico. The staff is very professional, courteous and personable.
	Foster’s Restaurant and Saloon The original portion of the Foster Hotel has been a landmark for over 120 years. Enjoy a delicious breakfast prepared by their excellent cooks. Then savor lunch or dinner on the patio or by the original woodstove inside. Join us for a living piece of history.
	Elk Horn Lodge Our 60 seat cafe is one of the most popular eateries in northern New Mexico. The Elkhorn Cafe is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner daily, and serves up favorite New Mexican specialty dishes as well as delicious home-style fare. Breakfast at the Elkhorn Cafe is a great way to start your day!
	The Artesian Restaurant, Ojo Caliente The Artesian Restaurant provides a casual dining experience and charming atmosphere. Our chef blends local flavors with global cuisine to create a delightful menu that ranges from seasonal Southwestern favorites to a variety of international fare. The restaurant is located in the historic hotel and offers a full selection of wine and beer.
	Pagosa Springs Pagosa Springs has dozens of restaurants and dining establishments to choose from; from fancy upscale restaurants to neighborhood taco stands, and everything in between. There are all kinds of regional specialties to whet your appetite, and a wide range of prices to suit most any dining budget.
	Taos Nearby Taos offers just about every dining experience imagineable.
